Delivery and receiving orders
Address details can be modified in the account before placing an order. If address details need to be changed after placing an order and making a payment, please contact customer service immediately.
We work with several carriers (DPD and Rhenus) and they will ensure that your order is delivered to the first threshold as soon as possible.
For an order of < €250 you pay €9.95
For an order of > €250 you pay €50
For an order of > €250 you pay €50
This can be done in the personal account. Once the order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a track & trace link or a reference to the carrier's system.

Check the goods immediately upon receipt and sign only for damage-free receipt if there is no visible damage to the goods or packaging. If there is visible damage:
Report the transport damage to the driver and sign for delivery with damage.
