How will my order be delivered?

We work with several carriers (DPD and Rhenus) and they will ensure that your order is delivered to the first threshold as soon as possible. Unfortunately, it is not possible to make a specific appointment regarding the day and time.

Delivery by Rhenus
Rhenus will contact you by telephone to arrange a delivery date. Are you not present at the time of delivery? Then a second delivery date will be arranged, for which you will have to factor in additional costs.

Delivery by DPD
DPD will deliver your order (in the case of small parcels) to the delivery address you provide. Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an e-mail from us containing a tracking link to follow the delivery of your order.
