What are the general return conditions?

General Return Conditions:

• Returns are only possible within 30 days of receiving the order.
• Products must be in original condition, including packaging and labels.
• Returning products is only possible with a valid proof of purchase or order number.
• For returns, the return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed. Before returning the product, take photos of the condition of the product and the package
• Keep the original packaging(s) until after the inspection period (30 days).
• Returns must be in new condition.

What does "new condition" mean:

• The product is in its original and undamaged packaging.
• The product is complete.
• The product has not been used.

Refund and Exchange Policy:

• Upon return, the purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 14 working days of receiving the returned product.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon.
• In the case of an exchange, the new product will be shipped after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
• In case of damage or missing original packaging or parts, this will be deducted.

Return Inspection

Once we receive your product for return, it will be inspected by us. Is the return in order? Then you will receive your purchase amount back within 14 days.

Depreciation

If the return does not meet the return conditions, we will charge a maximum depreciation of 50%. We use this depreciation to restore the product to new condition. If the product becomes unsellable, we will deduct the necessary costs from the credit amount.
