What to do in case of damage and where can I report it?

Check the goods immediately upon receipt and sign only for damage-free receipt if there is no visible damage to the goods or packaging. If there is visible damage:

  1. Report the transport damage to the driver and sign for delivery with damage.
  2. Take photos of all damages and send them by email along with the POD (proof of delivery) to customer service.

Check the ordered products in the packaging as soon as possible after receipt and report them directly to customer service:

  1. Report the damage within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of all damages per item/part. Include the order number.
  2. Wait to assemble the damaged product until a solution is arranged.

The right to claim damages expires when the product is put into use without consultation with customer service.
